Y. L. Chopra born in 1944 has done M.A. (Political Science) First Class and M.Lib. I. Sc. (First Class) from Vikram University, Ujjain. He also has professional experience of working in various libraries for 35 years. He is working as Univerzsity Librarian in Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur since 1983. He has also contribured several papers in various journals of national and international repute. He has to his credit serving the Deprtment of Library and Information Science Vikram University as UGC Visiting Fellow. He is also now functioning as Head of the departmet of newly created depertment of Library and Information Science of Rani Durgavati University for M.Lib. I.Sc. He is Chairman of Boad of Studies of Library and Information Science of various University. He has tohis credit organising National Seminars in the University as well as Chairperson of various seminars on this discipline during the past. He has special interest in the field of Information technology and automation of University library system. He has also been on the panel for the selection of Library Professionals of various universities. He is life member of ILA and Association of University Librarians in India.

(Smt.) Mamta Chopra born in 1953 is M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Jabalpur University , and M.Lib. I.Sc. from Vikram University, Ujjain. She been teaching Library and Information Science at K.P. Guru Bhasha Bharti Institute, Jabalpur for the last 20 yeras. Presently she is also Head of the department of Library and Information Science of that institution. She has distinct contribution in teaching of Cataloguing and Classification for the past several years. She was also Chairperson, Board of Studies in Library and Information Science of Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur for a very long time. She has attended number of seminars and has been examiner of library and information science of various Universites of Madhya Pradesh.
