Dr. Anil Kumar Dhiman is M.A. (Political Science), M.Sc. (Botany), M.L.I.Sc, B.Ed., P.G.D.C.A., Ph.D. He is Elected Fellow of Indian Botanical Society (FBS), Fellow of Society of Ethnobotanists (FES) and Fellow of United Writers Association, India (FUWAI) and also the Life-members of APSI, ILA, IASLIC, IATLIS, and UPLA. He has more than two decades of working experience in the library field. Presently, he is working as Information Scientist in the Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. He has also experience of teaching library science to the students of certificate of library science & undergraduate students at Library Science Training Centre, Roorkee and Haridwar Study Centre of U.P. Rajrashi Tandon Open University between 1994-2001 and 2000-2002 respectively. He is also on the roll of various universities for guiding M.Phil, students. 08 candidates have been awarded M.Phil under his supervision in Library Science and many are working for their dissertations. He has to his credit 26 books and 95 papers published in both field of his study i.e., Botany and Library Science. He has been awarded APSI Gold Medal & Young Scientist Award in 1999 and Glory of India International Award in 2006.

Dr. Hemant Sharma M.Sc, M.Lib.Sc., Ph.D. (Library Science), is currently Reader & Head, SOS in Library & Information Science, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He is also Deputy Director in the Directorate of Distance Education in Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has contributed 35 papers and also published 03 books in library science. 16 candidates have been awarded Ph.Ds under his supervision including 05 as co-guide and many are working for their Ph.Ds. He is on the board of three Library Science Journals. He had also served as Convener of MLIS Course of IGNOU and Language Coordinator of SOS in Language and Convener of UGC managed "Sanskrit Sambhasan Centre" in Jiwaji University. Besides, he has completed a major UGC – funded project ‘Development of Public Libraries in M.P: Recent Scenario and Future Development Plan’ in Library Science.
