R. L. Raina, Ph. D. has over 25 years of academic and managerial experience. He has had several prestigious assignments in educational institutes in US, UK, France, Germany and Canada. Reputed organizations like the Fulbright Foundation (USA), the British Council (UK) ,the Max Mueller Bhawan (Germany), the ESCP-EAP (Franc), and the IDRC (Canada) sponsored these assignments. In terms of research, he has authored 2 and edited 8 best selling books, and has made significant contributions (90 research papers in all to date) in several reputed national and International journals: the areas include Business Communication, Corporate & Media Relations', TQM', IT Application', HRM' and 'Marketing in the Information Sector'. He has also presented over 100 papers in national and International confereces/seminars floated by reputed organization, universities included.He is on the editorial board of three professional journals in the country.He has been heavily involved in conducting MDPs and Workshop. Concurrently, he has been involved in consulting and research assignments awarded by organizations like the JSI, Deliver. USA, IDRC, Canada. The Johns Hopkins University/Centre for Communication Programmes, Baltimore,USA, the UP State Electricity Board, Public Affairs Section of the US, Department of State and the MHRD (GOI). Dr. Raina is a life member of several professional bodies in the country and holds the unique distinction of having bagged three of the top professional honour/ awards. Before joining LBSIM. Dr. Raina was professor, 'Communication ' at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), where he was also responsible for developing and managing state of -the art and world class academic infrastructure. including the learning resource centre. At IIML. prof. Raina also successfully initiated and handled activities in areas like' corporate Communication,' Media Relations' Student affairs ', and Alumni Affairs'.
Pankaj Priya, M. B. A. from Bila Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi has a rich blend of Corporate and Academic experience. Having spend over 11 years in corporate with Datapro. singer, ESPN and Birla Corp where he was involved in hardcore Marketing. Pankaj Shifted to Academics in 2001. He is presently pursuing for his PhD on Retail Marketing at IIT Delhi . He has published 8 papers in various national and international Journals.He has been a resource person in the MDPs conducted at various reputed organizations. He is an Accredited Management Teacher of All India Management Association and Consultancy Developmemt centre (CDC).
