Mary Breighner, CPCU, is vice president, Global Practice Leader- Education, Public Entities, and Health Care-for FM Global, Based in the company's Cincinnati, Ohio, office, Breighner oversees and guides the accounts and account servicing of more than three hundred colleges and universities, as well as hundreds of public schools, governmental entities, and hospitals worldwide. She is an active member of the University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA), serving on various committees, as an officer and director and as past president. She received the Distinguished Risk Manager Award from the organization in 1992. In 2003, she was appointed to an affiliate Member position on its board of directors. Breigher holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. She has presented nationally on higher education and public entity risk management and insurance issues at numerous national and regional conferences, and has published numerous articles in URMIA Journal.

Bill Payton is a veteran of twenty-six years in the insurance industry, sixteen on the company side and ten on the insurance brokerage side. He has been director of risk and insurance Management at the University of Missouri System since 1993. Bill was elected to two terms as President of URMIA, serving from 2003 to 2005. From 1993 to 2003 he served as Chair of the Risk Management Committee of the Midwestern Higher Education compact, which manages a property insurance program for forty-seven Midwestern higher education institution.

Janne M. Drewes is Assistant Director for Access and Preservation at Michign State University Libraries. Previously she was head of the Preservation Department at John Hopkins University, Milton S. Elsenhower Library. She received her M.A.L.S. from the Preservation Administration at the University of Michign. She is an active member of ALA, the American Institute for Conservation, and the Guild of Book workers, and has taught workshops and published on the topic of insurance and risk management, disaster planning, educational outreach and other areas of preservation.
