In the growing intellectual activity around the world, the copyright law has come to play an
important role in the world of modern communication.
In digital arena, management of copyright is a new issue. Several actions have been taken
by different countries to manage the copyright but no uniform standard has been set till now.
Therefore a uniform formula for proper management of the copyright in digital environment
has to be set up.
