Suresh C. Sinha (born on 09.07.1937) holds the M. A. in Sociology, and M.A.
(Honors) in Sociology, M. L. I. Sc. and Associateship in information science
form INSDOC, Delhi. He is a retired Library Officer E-I, Central for Industrial
Relations and Human Resources, New Delhi during 1971-2 and at D.B.S. (PG)
College, Dehradun during 1965-66. He was deputed to the Republic of Somalia
(East Africa) under as ITEC Expert to re-establish the library of National
University of Somalia, Mogadishu (East Africa) from 21st July 1982 to 22nd June
1984. He is a life member of IASLIC (Calcutta), ILA (New Delhi) and UPLA
(Lucknow). He has over two dozen papers and three books to his credits is the
field of Library and Information Science. At present, he is the Counselor of
Library Science at Hardware Chapter of UP Rajrishi Tandon Open University
Allahabad .



Dr. Anil Kumar Dhiman (born in 1965) holds M.A., M.Sc., M.L.I.Se., B.Ed.,
P.G.D.C.A., and Ph.D degree in Botany. He is a Fellow of Society of Ethno
botanists (FES) and Fellow of United Writers' Association (FUWAI). He is also
the life member of various professional association, viz., ILA (Delhi), IASLIC
(Calcutta), IATLIS, UPLA, ULA, APSI, IBS and SEB (Lucknow). At present, he is
working in the University Library at Gurukul Kangri University, Hardware.
Besides, he is also rendering his services Training Centre, Roorkee since 1994
and as Counsellor for Library Science at Hardware Chapter of UP Rajrishi Tandon
Open University, Allahabad since 2000. He has four dozen papers and four books
to his credits in the field of Library & Information Science and Botany. He has
been awarded with APSI Young Scientist Award and Gold Medal for the year 1999
and also nominated for 'International Scholar of Twentieth Century Award' by the
American Organization of Intellectuals Inc., USA.
