He taught library science for several years. He has just retired after serving 36 years from Research Library of Mathematics Department of Agra College, Agra. This Departmnt and its library is renowned for its researches, not only in Agra University, but throughout the contry.

He did his M. Com., M. Lib. I. Sc. and Ph.D. (Library and information Science) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University (Formerly Agra University), Agra.
